1. General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 399dt platform and all its services. These Terms apply between you ("User" or "Member") and 399dt ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement: To open an account and use any gaming service on 399dt, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may request proof of age at any time.
2.2 One Account Policy: Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information: All information provided during account registration — name, date of birth, address, email and phone number — must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation.
2.4 Account Security: It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.
2.5 Account Transfer: Your 399dt account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring or renting your account, balance or bonuses to any third party is prohibited.
3. Account Verification and KYC
3.1 Identity Verification: 399dt follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure safe and responsible gaming. Identity verification may be required before processing a withdrawal request or at any time the Company deems necessary.
3.2 Required Documents: One or more of the following documents may need to be submitted for verification:
- A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
- Bank statement or mobile banking statement
- Proof of current address (utility bill or other official document)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
3.3 Verification Delays: If the submitted documents are not satisfactory or additional information is required, the verification process may take longer. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during this time.
3.4 Data Security: All personal information provided is kept secure through SSL encryption and is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: 399dt currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. You can complete transactions easily and securely using these methods.
4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be processed.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount for any method is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
4.4 Withdrawal Processing: Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if KYC verification is pending or further investigation is required.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions: Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal, and the wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met. Withdrawals can only be made to the deposit method used or to a verified account.
4.6 Transaction Rejection: The Company reserves the right to refuse to process suspicious or fraudulent transactions. The user will be informed of the reason in such cases.
4.7 Third-Party Payments: You may only use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus: New members at 399dt can receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The account must be fully verified to claim this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the total of the deposit and bonus combined must be wagered 15 times before the bonus becomes withdrawable. For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must wager ৳37,500 before withdrawing.
5.3 Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the bonus offer. If the wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
5.4 Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
5.5 Promotional Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Members will be notified in advance of changes to ongoing promotions.
5.6 Combining Bonuses: Unless stated otherwise, multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time. Separate terms and conditions apply to each bonus.
6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Policy: 399dt uses fair play technology to ensure that all game outcomes are neutral and random. Using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, the outcome of each game is determined completely independently.
6.2 Game Providers: Our platform features games from internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game provider's own rules and conditions apply.
6.3 Technical Errors: If a game is left incomplete or shows an incorrect result due to server issues, network interruption or software errors, the Company may consider that round void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
6.4 Maximum Bet Limit: Each game has a maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface. Additional bet limits may apply when using a bonus — please refer to the bonus terms in that case.
6.5 Sports Betting: Separate rules apply to betting on cricket, football and other sports. Our sports rules will apply in the event of a cancelled match, draw or disputed result.
7. VIP Program
7.1 Tier Structure: The 399dt VIP Program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can advance to higher levels through regular gaming activity.
7.2 Weekly Cashback Benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
7.3 Cashback Calculation: Cashback is calculated each week based on a set level of gaming activity and is added to the account at the end of the week.
7.4 VIP Protection: The Company reserves the right to change VIP tier status or suspend benefits for various reasons, particularly in cases of rule violations.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399dt platform and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using fraudulent methods, software or automated bots to play games
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
- Using third-party payment methods
- Attempting to harm the platform through hacking, phishing or cyber attacks
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
- Misconduct or harassment toward Company staff
- Exploiting technical errors in games without reporting them
- Participating in activities that are prohibited in your home country
9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Company Authority: 399dt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time, without prior notice, if suspicious or irregular activity is detected.
9.2 Reasons for Suspension: Possible reasons for account suspension or closure include violation of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious financial activity, or security-related concerns.

9.4 Balance Refund: In the event of account closure due to a rule violation, bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited. However, actual deposited funds will be returned after proper verification, unless evidence of fraudulent activity is found.

10.1 Data Collection: 399dt collects personal information to provide and improve its services. Information collected includes name, contact details, payment information, gaming history and device information.
